On Friday morning the case expert will introduce the case problem to all students. All teams will receive one hard copy of the case problem and a flash drive with an electronic copy. The flash drive will also have templates for your PowerPoint and Word document.

After this case introduction, teams will only have 45 minutes to ask follow-up questions about the case. There will be two flip charts in the room. Below is the process:
  1. Please form a line and wait your turn to ask question. A line will form in front of each flip chart. You may only ask one question when you get to the flip chart. Only one team member can be in line at a time.
  2. The student will write down one question on the flip chart.
  3. Wait by the flip chart until the case expert provides an answer to your question.
  4. If you want to ask another question or follow-up question you must get back in line.

Questions and answers are public and can be viewed by anyone. Many students use their phones to take photos of the questions and answers to review with their team.
