Registration

Follow the steps below to complete team registration for the APICS West Coast Student Case Competition. To learn more about the competition, visit the Current Competition webpage.
Hotel registration information is not available at this time..

Faculty can RSVP for the case competition HERE.

Guests who wish to watch the Friday night presentations and/or Saturday Final presentations (free) or want to have lunch with the students ($25/person), please register here.

Start the registration process:

  1. Ensure all team members are APICS Student Members. You will need your APICS Membership Number to register. ALL team members are required to have an active APICS Student Membership at the time of the competition. You can join APICS as a Student Member for free by clicking here.
  2. Have one team member fill out the Intent to Compete Form. This form is necessary to determine if your team can compete and to receive your official Team Number and PayPal Invoice.
  3. Receive your official Team Number and Invoice (PayPal) from the Case Competition Planning Committee. Share this team number with all members of your team for registration purposes.
  4. ALL team members then register for the competition on the Team Member Registration Form with their APICS Membership Number and Official Team Number.
  5. Pay the early team registration fee before January 31, 2017. Registration fee increases by $50 after January 31, 2017. Last date for payment is Feb. 4, 2017.

Send in your registration fee payment and a completed Registration Fee Form by January 31, 2017 to the following address:

Registration fees can also be paid online via PayPal from the PayPal Invoice that you received when your team initially registered in Step 2 above. Fees are as follows:
  • If your school is located within the Southwest District of APICS, early reg fee is $250/team.
  • If your school is NOT located with the Southwest District, early reg fee is $450/team.
